I stayed at this hotel mainly for its location near the convention center, but I was quite disappointed with the experience. The check-in was smooth and the staff were pleasant, which was a plus. However, my room felt claustrophobic with a window that faced a wall, and the noise from neighboring rooms made it hard to relax. Breakfast was included but not worth mentioning, and the pricing for a better room seemed unreasonable. Overall, I won't be returning to this hotel.
